Several appearances before the North Dakota Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals for oral arguments in criminal and civil appeals. Qualified ADR Neutral in North Dakota for Civil Mediation since 2015 after 30 hour mediation training course. Active volunteer in legal organizations and various public service roles.
