Hiring Range: $4,667 to $6,222 per month
Summary of Work
Principal duties include but are not limited to: litigate the establishment of paternity, child support obligations, and health insurance obligations; enforce child support and medical support obligations; review and modify court orders; assist staff in legal matters; draft legal documents and perform legal research; provide input when formulating policy and procedures; and public relations. Duties may also involve appellate work.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Juris Doctorate degree, a current license to practice law in North Dakota, and a valid driver’s license.
Preference will be given to applicants with family law experience and/or Title IV‑D experience.
