The Legal Assistant II reports to the attorney responsible for administrative oversight for the Dickinson Public Defender Office which provides for the delivery of state-funded legal counsel services for indigent defense within the State of North Dakota.  This position is responsible for assisting the attorneys in the delivery of legal services.
