The Child Support Division of the Department of Human Services is seeking an Attorney I in Grand Forks.
Principal duties include but are not limited to: litigate the establishment of paternity, child support obligations, and health insurance obligations; enforce child support and medical support obligations; review and modify court orders; assist staff in legal matters; draft legal documents and perform legal research; provide input when formulating policy and procedures; and public relations. Duties will include work in tribal court. Duties may also involve appellate work.
