The Child Support Division of the Department of Human Services is seeking a Legal Assistant I in Devils Lake. 

The Legal Assistant I is responsible for gathering information to assist the attorneys with legal action, preparing legal documents and correspondence, coordinating service of legal documents, filing legal documents with the appropriate clerk of court in accordance with the Rules of Court, maintaining legal document templates, accepting and returning phone calls and answering other inquiries, navigating and entering data and narratives into the automated child support system (FACSES), and maintaining a calendar to monitor progress of cases and maintain calendar for hearings.
