Summary of Work
This position will provide general counsel responsibilities to the Public Employees Retirement System, the State Investment Board, the Department of Financial Institutions, and the Retirement and Investment Office. The position will require the applicant to research, draft, and review legislation; research, draft, and review Attorney General's opinions in a wide variety of areas; review and draft agency administrative rules; and draft and review contracts.
