Summary of Work
The Office of Attorney General is seeking an attorney licensed in North Dakota to serve as an Assistant Attorney General. An attorney hired for this position has the opportunity to represent the state in a wide variety of administrative and civil litigation, and appellate work,. The attorney will primarily be responsible for handling a caseload that could include Tort litigation, constitutional challenges to state laws, natural resources litigation, civil rights cases, and miscellaneous litigation as assigned.
