Position Description:

Legal Services of North Dakota (LSND) is the non-profit legal services program providing free civil legal assistance to low-income and elderly residents of North Dakota. LSND is a statewide agency and our core work includes effective client-centered advocacy and outreach with our client communities.

LSND is seeking attorneys to work to assist us in providing free civil legal services to North Dakotans.

LSND has law offices in Bismarck, Fargo, Minot, Grand Forks, and Belcourt. The attorney will have significant client contact, and will maintain their own caseload, engage in community outreach and education, and will work with community partners. Some grant-writing and reporting may be required.

COMPENSATION: Salary is commensurate with experience.
