The Office of State Tax Commissioner is seeking a candidate who can provide exceptional service to a team of over 115 staff members working diligently to enhance compliance with the tax laws of North Dakota. The Attorney II is one of five team members in the Legal Division, which is responsible for handling all legal advice, litigation, legislative, and contract matters for the Office of State Tax Commissioner and its staff.  Come be part of our cooperative, close knit team and enjoy the variety of challenging work that comes with helping administer approximately 10 different taxes.
