Our client, Legal Services of North Dakota in Bismarck, ND seeks to hire a proven leader as its Executive Director. This position is remote eligible within the State of North Dakota. The Executive Director will be responsible for the oversight of all Legal Services of North Dakota offices across the organization. Primary responsibilities include obtaining funding through the grant process, hiring and retaining quality staff, managing the organization's budget, overseeing the case load and regularly communicating with the Board of Directors. Travel will be required at times to the six office locations in North Dakota.
Candidates will possess a Juris Doctorate Degree and have six plus years law experience along with proven leadership in a legal services firm. The ability to lead and manage risk, be forward-thinking, have high integrity, possess excellent relationship building and communication skills, demonstrate the ability to achieve results and meet the challenges of the future are all essential to this position.
