Summary of Work

1. Assist attorneys in the Civil Litigation Division by reviewing case files for sufficiency of documentation and obtaining necessary additional materials; researching and writing pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, letters, memoranda, notices, and other documents; filing legal documents in accordance with administrative and court rules; case and witness preparation; and maintaining legal files.

2. Other paralegal work as assigned.
