NATIVE AMERICAN PROGRAM

Location: Minot, North Dakota

Requirements: License to practice law in North Dakota, or eligible for reciprocity. Strong verbal and written communication skills, committed to providing highquality legal services. Staff attorney will be primarily responsible to provide legal services to low-income and elderly Native Americans in Fort Berthold, Spirit Lake and Turtle Mountain communities. Responsibilities include community education, outreach and representing clients in federal, and state courts and before administrative agencies.

Starting salary: $56,000/yr and up DOE.
