N.D. Attorney General opinion: Jan. 4 Tuesday, January 4, 2022

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has issued an opinion that when distributing funds, the Treasurer should not take into account the gross production and oil extraction tax revenue derived from oil and gas exploration and production from wells located on reservation lands.
