N.D. Attorney General opinion: March 25 Friday, March 25, 2022

The Office of Attorney General has issued an opinion that the Board of University & School Lands has authority to lease previously unleased lands through a subsequent public auction, and any such auction must be held at the county seat in the county where the land to be leased is situated.
