Court offers new guardianship course Monday, April 6, 2020

The Supreme Court has launched an all new adult guardianship course intended for new guardians and people who are thinking about becoming guardians.

The course covers the responsibilities of a guardian and the rights of individuals under guardianship. It also contains helpful information about making decisions on behalf of another person and tips on organizing records for easier annual reporting.

The updated course can be found at:  https://guardianship.ndcourts.gov/. In the coming months, the Court will also be launching courses on being a guardian for a minor and on alternatives to guardianship.
