Proposed Administrative Rule regarding Duties and Appointment of the Clerk of District Court

The Court Services Administration Committee filed proposed amendments to the North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules regarding the duties and appointment of the Clerk of District Court. A copy of the proposed Administrative Rule is attached.

ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed Administrative Rule, March 29, 2000, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited; therefore, any person wishing to comment on the proposed Administrative Rule should do so in writing prior to the hearing. Address written comments to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
