Amendments to North Dakota Administrative Rule 36

On September 29, 2000, the North Dakota Judicial Conferencefiled a Petition for Amendment of North Dakota Administrative Rule 36 with proposed amendments to Administrative Rule 36, North Dakota Rules on Continuing Judicial Education, and a copy of Proposed Amendments to Article V (C), Bylaws of the North Dakota Judicial Conference. Copies of the amendments are attached.

ORDERED, that the amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 36, are ADOPTED effective January 1, 2001, subject to the adoption of the amendments to the Bylaws of the Judicial Conference.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened October 11, 2000, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order. The Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, being unavoidably absent, did not participate in this decision.
