Amendments to Rule 4 and Appendix A of the North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education

On August 24, 2000, the North Dakota Commission for Continuing Legal Education (Commission) filed a Petition to Amend Rule 4 and Appendix A of the North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education. On September 6, 2000, the Supreme Court initially considered the Petition and made minor amendments to the language proposed by the Commission. Notice of Comment was provided under Section 7, N.D.R.Proc.R., with comments on the proposed amendments due before October 10, 2000. No comments were received.

ORDERED, that the amendments to Rule 4 and Appendix A of the North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education are ADOPTEDeffective November 1, 2000.
