Proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules Regarding an Informal Complaint Procedure

The Gender Fairness Implementation Committee submitted its April 1, 2000 Progress Report which was referred to the Court. Subsequently, the Committee submitted proposed amendments to the North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules regarding an Informal Complaint Procedure. A copy of the proposed rule is attached.

ORDERED, that any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before October 1, 2000. Address written comments to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened August 16, 2000, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, and the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
