On January 12, 2001, the Supreme Court sua sponte filed proposed amendments to Rule 10 and Rule 31, North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, the proposed amendments to Rule 10 and Rule 31, N.D.R.App.P. , as further amended by the Court, are ADOPTED effective March 1, 2001.
