In the Matter of the Petition for Approval of the South Central Judicial District Drug Court

On April 24, 2001, a petition for approval of the South Central Judicial District Drug Court was filed. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, the South Central Judicial District Drug Court be approved as a drug court program for the purposes of Section 39-08-01, North Dakota Century Code, to accept participants under the protocol as may be adopted for the South Central Judicial District Drug Court.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened April 25, 2001, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
