Amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Appellate Procedure, and Rules of Court
The Joint Procedure Committee filed proposed amendments to N.D.R.Civ.P. 12, 77, 82, N.D.R.App.P. 42, N.D.R.Ct. 2.2 and 3.2, and proposed N.D.R.Civ.P. 37.1 regarding Change in Location of a Hearing, Proceeding, or Trial; Change of Venue. Notice was provided under N.D.R.Proc.R. § 7, and a hearing was held on the proposed amendments on October 23, 2001. At that time, any written comments received were also submitted to the Court. The Court considered the matter,
ORDERED, proposed amendments to N.D.R.Civ.P. 12, 77, 82, N.D.R.App.P. 42, and N.D.R.Ct. 2.2 and 3.2, as further amended, are ADOPTED, effective March 1, 2002.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, proposed N.D.R.Civ.P. 37.1, as further amended, is ADOPTED as N.D.R.Civ.P. 39.1, effective March 1, 2002.
