IN THE SUPREME COURT 
STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA 

Proposed amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 13 were forwarded to the Supreme Court by the North Dakota Administrative Council. The amendments would add two kinds of proceedings relating to child support enforcement actions to the scope of delegable duties for judicial referees. The proposed amendments are available at Supreme Court No. 20120180. Individuals who do not have internet access may contact the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to obtain a copy of the proposal. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, that as further amended by the Court, the amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 13 are ADOPTED effective June 1, 2012.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened this 16th day of May, 2012 and the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, and the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
