Order of Adoption Wednesday, August 14, 2013

IN THE SUPREME COURT 
STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA 

[¶ 1] On July 19, 2013, the Supreme Court issued an Order regarding judicial redistricting in Supreme Court No. 20130153. North Dakota Administrative Rule 6 and 6.1 were amended, effective January 1, 2014, to reflect that Order. On August 8, 2013, Sally Holewa, the State Court Administrator, filed a petition to further amend North Dakota Administrative Rule 6.1, regarding administrative units. The proposed rule is available at http://www.ndcourts.gov/Court/Notices/Notices.htm. Individuals who do not have internet access may contact the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to obtain a copy of the proposal.

[¶ 2] ORDERED, that the additional amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 6.1 proposed by the State Court Administrator are ADOPTED, effective January 1, 2014.

[¶ 3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened this 14th day of August, 2013, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, and the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
