NOTICE OF HEARING AND COMMENT

[¶ 1] The Joint Procedure Committee submitted a petition to approve proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 21, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32and 40. A synopsis and the proposed Amendments are available at http://www.ndcourts.gov/Court/Notices/Notices.htm. Individuals who do not have internet access may contact the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to obtain a copy of the proposal.

[¶ 2] ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments, Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 2:45 p.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the scheduled hearing. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing.
