[¶ 1] The Joint Procedure Committee submitted a petition to approve proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 2, 3, 5, 10, 17, 18, and 19; North Dakota Rules of Evidence 1101, and North Dakota Unified Judicial System Policies 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 407, 408, and 410.

[¶ 2] The proposed amendments are available at http://www.ndcourts.gov/Court/Notices/Notices.htm. Individuals who do not have internet access may contact the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to obtain a copy of the proposal. The Court considered the matter, and

[¶ 3] ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.

[¶ 4] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened the 18th day of February, 2015, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, and the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
