Order of Adoption Wednesday, April 1, 2015

IN THE SUPREME COURT 
STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA 

[¶ 1] The Joint Procedure Committee submitted a petition to approve proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 2, 3, 5, 10, 17, North Dakota Rules of Evidence 1101, North Dakota Unified Judicial System Policies 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 407, 408, and 410, and to approve adoption of North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 18, and 19.

[¶ 2] ORDERED, that proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 2, 3, 5, 10, 17, North Dakota Rules of Evidence 1101, North Dakota Unified Judicial System Policies 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 407, 408, and 410, are ADOPTED, effective May 1, 2015.

[¶2] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that proposed North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 18, as further amended by the Court, and 19, are ADOPTED and existing North Dakota Rules of Juvenile Procedure 18 renumbered accordingly, effective May 1, 2015.

[¶3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened the 1st day of April, 2015, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, and the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, Justices, directed the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
