Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7 Regarding Designation of Judgeships and Chambers with Assignments
[¶ 1] The Supreme Court considered amendments, sua sponte, to Administrative Rule 7 resulting from appointments and elections of individuals to various judgeships.
[¶ 2] IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 7 are ADOPTED, effective January 13, 2016.
[¶ 3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened this 10th day of February, 2016, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, and the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
