Proposed Amendment to North Dakota Rules of Court 8.1 and Form G, Closing Form - Regarding Family Mediation
[¶ 1] On February 8, 2016, Cathy Ferderer, the Family Law Mediation Program Coordinator, submitted a petition to amend North Dakota Rules of Court 8.1 and Form G, the closing form, regarding family law mediation. The proposed amendments are available at http://www.ndcourts.gov/Court/Notices/Notices.htm. The Court considered the matter, and
[¶ 2] ORDERED, that, as amended by the Court, the amendments to North Dakota Rules of Court 8.1 and Form G, the closing form, are ADOPTED, effective March 1, 2016.
[¶ 3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened the 24th day of February, 2016, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, and the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
