In the Matter of Judicial Redistricting

[¶1] On July 26, 2017, following the filing of the Order and dissent in Vacancy in the Matter of the Vacancy in Judgeship No. 6, Northeast Judicial District, 2017 ND 181, a majority of the Court agreed to accept comments through September 11, 2017, on whether Walsh County should be moved from the Northeast Judicial District to the Northeast Central Judicial District. Comments were received and considered, and

[¶2] IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, the Court will take no further action on the question raised at this time.

[¶3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened the 13th day of September, 2017, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, the Honorable Jerod E. Tufte, and the Honorable Jon J. Jensen, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
