Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 44 Regarding the Informal Complaint Panel

[¶ 1] The Supreme Court considered amendments to clarify the Informal Complaint Panel's jurisdiction if a complaint is in regard to a judicial officer who is assigned to a pending case, and an amendment updating an outdated reference to the employee grievance policy.

[¶ 2] Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Rule 44 regarding the Informal Complaint Panel, are ADOPTED, effective September 1, 2018.

[¶ 3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened the 1st day of August, 2018, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, the Honorable Jerod E. Tufte, and the Honorable Jon J. Jensen, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
