Proposed Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 36 Regarding North Dakota Rules on Judicial Branch Education

[¶1] The Judicial Education Commission submitted proposed amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 36. The Court considered the matter, and

[¶2] ORDERED, that the amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 36 are ADOPTED, effective July 1, 2020.

[¶3] The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, the Honorable Lisa Fair McEvers, and the Honorable Jon J. Jensen, Justices, directed the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order. The Honorable Jerod E. Tufte voted against the action.
