Amendments to North Dakota Rules of Court, Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Rule on Procedural Rules, Administrative Rules and Administrative Orders of the North Dakota Supreme Court, Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules and Administrative Rules, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules and Administrative Orders, Code of Judicial Conduct, Rules of the Judicial Conduct Commission, Rules of Professional Conduct, Standards for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions, Rules for Lawyer Discipline, Rules for Continuing Legal Education, Admission to Practice Rules, and the Rule on the Limited Practice of Law by Law Students

The Supreme Court reviewed the titles of each of the above named Rules, and further considered amendments to
Rule 11.6, North Dakota Rules of Court;
Rule 48, North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure;
Rule 85, North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure;
Rule 60, North Dakota Rules of Criminal Procedure;
Rule 1103, North Dakota Rules of Evidence;
Rule 11.7, North Dakota Rules of Court;
Section 17, Rule on Procedural Rules, Administrative Rules, and Administrative Orders of the North Dakota Supreme Court;
Section 15, North Dakota Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules and Administrative Rules;
Rule 42, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules;
Order 10, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Orders;
Title and Citation, North Dakota Code of Judicial Conduct;
Rule 30, Rules of the Judicial Conduct Commission;
Rule 9.1, North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct;
Title and Citation, North Dakota Standards for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions;
Rule 6.7, North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline;
Rule 9, North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education;
Rule 13, Admission to Practice Rules;
and Section X, Rule on Limited Practice of Law by Law Students.
These amendments are intended to harmonize the titles and citations to the North Dakota Supreme Court Citation Manual which was adopted by the Court on July 30, 1998.

ORDERED, that the amendments to the above rules are ADOPTED effective August 1, 1998.
