Amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules
On August 10, 1998, the Joint Committee on Attorney Standardsproposed amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules regarding conditional admission and licensure. Notice was provided under Section 7, N.D.R.Proc.R., and a hearing was held on the proposed amendments on Tuesday, October 20, 1998, at 2:45 p.m. At that time, any written comments received were also submitted to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, the proposed amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules, as further amended by the Court, are ADOPTED effective March 1, 1999.
