Amendments to Administrative Rule 33

On July 15, 1998, the Supreme Court adopted amendments to Administrative Policy 106 thereby creating one personnel advisory board. To facilitate the creation of one personnel advisory board, amendments to Administrative Rule 33 were proposed. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, that Administrative Rule 33, as amended, is ADOPTED effective January 1, 1999.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened at 9 a.m. this 2nd day of September, 1998, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Herbert L. Meschke, the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
