Amendments to Administrative Rule 19

On September 2, 1998, the Court Services Administration Committee petitioned the Court for amendments to Administrative Rule 19, regarding the services of the State Records Administrator in the Court Records Management Program. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, that Administrative Rule 19, as amended, is ADOPTED effective November 1, 1998, subject to a 30-day comment period. Written comments may be addressed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530, and must be received no later than October 12, 1998. The amendments are attached.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened at 9 a.m. this 9th day of September, 1998, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Herbert L. Meschke, the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
