Amendments to Rule 3, North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education
On September 16, 1998, the North Dakota Commission for Continuing Legal Education petitioned the Court to amend Rule 3, North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education, governing the fee charged to attorneys at the time the Report of Compliance is filed. On September 23, 1998, the Court adopted the amendments to Rule 3, North Dakota Rules for Continuing Legal Education, effective November 1, 1998, subject to a 30-day comment period. The time for submitting comments expired October 27, 1998, and no comments were received. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, Rule 3, N.D.R. Continuing Legal Ed., as further amended, is ADOPTED effective November 1, 1998.
