Amendments to Rule 2.1(B), North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline

ORDERED, that proposed amendments to Rule 2.1(B), North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline are ADOPTED on an emergency basis, effective November 15, 1998, subject to a 30-day comment period. Written comments may be addressed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530, and must be received no later than November 9, 1998. The amendments are attached.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened at 9 a.m. this 7th day of October, 1998, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
