Amendments to Admission to Practice Rules

On October 15, 1998, the State Bar Board petitioned the Supreme Court for technical amendments to Rule 7, Admission to Practice Rules, changing the phrase "one or more years" to "more than one year." The Court considered the matter appropriate for immediate decision under Section 3.5, North Dakota Rule on Procedural Rules, and

ORDERED, that the proposed amendments to the Rule 7, Admission to Practice Rules, are ADOPTED effective immediately. The amendments are attached.
