Proposed Amendments to Rule 8.4, North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct

The Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed proposed amendments to Rule 8.4, North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct. A copy of the proposed Amendments is attached.

ORDERED, that any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before August 19, 1999. Address written comments to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened July 7, 1999, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
