Amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules of Court, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules, and North Dakota Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules

On August 2, 1999, the Joint Procedure Committee filed proposed amendments to Rules 16, 30, 58 and 77, North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules 31 and 33, North Dakota Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules 407, 603, 803, 804 and 807, North Dakota Rules of Evidence, Rule 4, North Dakota Rule of Appellate Procedure, Rules 3.3, 6.11, 11.1, 11.2 and Appendix B, North Dakota Rules of Court, Rule 13, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules, and Section 10, North Dakota Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules. Notice was provided under Section 7, N.D.R.Proc.R., and a hearing was held on the proposed amendments on October 26, 1999, at 2:45 p.m. At that time, any written comments received were also submitted to the Court. The Court considered the matter,

ORDERED, proposed amendments to Rules 16, 30, 58 and 77, North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules 31 and 33, North Dakota Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules 407, 603, 803, 804 and 807, North Dakota Rules of Evidence, Rule 4, North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules 3.3, 6.11, 11.1, 11.2 and Appendix B, North Dakota Rules of Court, Rule 13, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules, and Section 10, North Dakota Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules, as further amended, are ADOPTED, effective March 1, 2000.
