Proposed Amendments to Administrative Rule 39 and Unified Judicial System Policy 206R.1

The Council of Presiding Judges filed proposed amendments to Administrative Rule 39 regarding the recording of trial court proceedings and the preparation of transcripts, and proposed Unified Judicial System Policy 206R.1 for implementing Administrative Rule 39. The proposed amendments to Administrative Rule 39 and proposed Unified Judicial System Policy 206R.1 are can be viewed here.

ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments, Tuesday, January 14, 1997, at 2:45 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing.
