Amendments to Rule 6.2, North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline

On February 1, 2001, the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court petitioned for amendments to Rule 6.2, North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline to clarify that all public discipline will be published. A copy of the amendments is attached. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, amendments to Rule 6.2, North Dakota Rules for Lawyer Discipline are ADOPTED effective March 1, 2001.
