Jury Standards Committee

The Jury Standards Committee was established by the Supreme Court to study and oversee the operation of North Dakota’s jury system. The Committee was responsible for reviewing the Uniform Jury Selection Act, studying and making recommendations concerning juror use and management, and reviewing the operation, management, and administration of the state’s jury system. The Committee was dissolved March 23, 2022.
