Court chooses law clerks for 2021-2022 term

The North Dakota Supreme Court is pleased to announce the following individuals who have been selected to serve a one-year clerkship with the North Dakota Supreme Court for the 2021-2022 term beginning August 1, 2021: Joseph Hackman, Tatiana Hamilton, Jordan Stroh, Ashley Vander Wal, and Katie Winbauer.

New order: Nov. 6

The Supreme Court has issued an order retaining Judgeship No. 5 in the Northeast Judicial District in its present location.

Judicial election results released

In the only contested state judicial race, Bonnie Storbakken won election to Judgeship No. 7 in the South Central Judicial District. Chief Justice Jon Jensen was reelected to the Supreme Court and 20 district judges who ran unopposed were also reelected.
