Judge Nesvig investiture set for Oct. 21

Pamela Nesvig will be sworn in as the newest South Central District Judge in a ceremony in the Morton County Courthouse on Monday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m. Gov. Doug Burgum appointed Nesvig to the newly authorized judgeship on Aug. 12.

South Central Judicial District Courtroom Criminal Basics training continues

Twenty-eight attorneys attended the second session of the Courthouse Criminal Basics program Oct. 15. Two additional sessions will be held on Oct. 22 and 30 from 4-6 p.m. at the Burleigh County Courthouse. Each session has been approved for two hours of CLE credit.
