Francis E. Foughty

Judge Foughty was born in Rolette County, North Dakota, November 12, 1919. He received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1949. He was appointed Judge of the Second Judicial District by William L. Guy on February 21, 1961, but never served. See State v. Friederich, 108 NW 2d 681. He was a resident of Devils Lake, North Dakota, and died July 7, 2005.
