Glenn K. Swanson

Judge Swanson was born in Upham, North Dakota, February 2, 1922. After serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II, Swanson received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1949, and was admitted to the North Dakota State Bar that same year. On June 4, 1963 William L. Guy appointed him Judge of the Second Judicial District and he served in that capacity until 1970. He died Nov. 13, 2014.
