SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE TERM OF LOCAL COURT RULE
Effective Date: 1/1/2001
10.1 Other than a Local Court Procedural Rule or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure, each local rule is effective for a period of 5 years unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge. A Local Court Procedural Rule or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure is effective until otherwise ordered.
