SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE TERM OF LOCAL COURT RULE

Obsolete Date: 3/1/2000
10.1 Each Local Court Procedural Rule and Administrative Rule is effective for a period of 5 years unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge.
10.2 Upon the expiration of any Local Court Rule, the Rule lapses and is void. The lapse of any Rule does not revive any superseded Rule.
